Utter scam. Theiving company.
As per some other reviews, they give out "free chips" now and then. £5 free but with a TWO THOUSAND POUND wager. I actually managed to double my wager requirement and decided to cash out at £600.
Except they won't allow it because id not made a deposit within the previous 30 days!!
Hours of my time wasted. I was told the money would be lost but I'm welcome to make a deposit and any future winnings d be able to withdraw! Its an absolute scam.
I have screenshots of my balance and the conversation. AVOID THIS SITE along with their sister site FATBET.
What is the point in adding "free chips" to your account knowing full well that the customer will not be able to make a withdrawal.
This is by far the scammiest site I've ever used.

So I deposited 10 bucks last week or the week before you guys were supposed to be funded because your company was declined and immediately after in the very same minute another company one of your sister companies or one of your employees took $10 out of my account and I know specifically was you guys because I have my account locked I had to unlock it for you specifically and then it didn't go through and then you took 10 bucks out again and it was $11 and some change this is going on too far you have until 5:00 today to figure this out or I will be seeking a class action lawsuit along with posting on Facebook all the text messages and that I have between me and the chat people that you have they have all the numbers and everything I've sent you guys emails it's been weeks you guys need to figure this out
I have emailed your company five times in the past weeks I have yet to get a response I will be posting all the emails I have between me and your company that you have not replied and the screenshots from your chat technicians that have verified that my money was taken I would appreciate an answer today!!!

0 would be my star review if it had one. I played but since my bonus was over 30 days old since I started my account they wouldn't let me redeem my bonus after I played through all their bonus play money. They are scam casino I have no money before the screenshots of the cashier telling me that I could receive the bonus money at $50 and then they turned around and said I can't because I have my account started at 30 days ago and my bonus was played through and now they're just reneging on all of it

Wagering is messy the support staff don’t even know. Then when wagering is complete i get told i have to deposit $15 to with draw $50 from the $400 i won. The rest gets removed. Ohh yes and it takes about 14 business days to receive my $35 win 🤣

Scam avoid at all costs
Can genuinely say most of the 5 star reviews will be paid or fake, it’s a scam site, if you win you are required to deposit to unlock your winnings, and free bets they don’t pay you out on, I got a £5 free chip as they call it. Wagering £2000, which I don’t know how but I managed to do, ended up with over £120 left after wagering £2000, to then be told because it’s a free chip I can’t cash out any winnings but if I’d like to deposit then I’m sure I will win again as the lady on the chat said to me. They have many different sites associated with the same company, which again shows me it’s a scam, avantgarde, fatbet, davincisgold, truefortuneca are all the exact same site but different name. Avoid at all costs as I guarantee you will not get any winning from these at all. They just keep trying to push you to deposit on their site all the time, sending pop ups while playing etc.
Got a message saying candy land want more information but missed it. But you can contact if you like, I ain’t changing this review
