Candy Funhouse USAReviews of candyfunhouse.com

The candy was horrible. I will never order it again nothing and it tasted like Reesie at all every bag of candy was over sweet didn’t taste right and I threw everything away and I wished I never saw your advertisement on Facebook because I got completely ripped off.

I ordered the black licorice taffy that showed on their website that was tri colored with orange and pink and white and black. I received the black licorice swirl instead. On top of it, not being what i ordered, it was so stale-hard as a rock. I sent them an email requesting the correct product but they claimed that was not what I ordered. and offered no other alternative. I had searched the web for that particular kind and it was out of stock everywhere except when i cicked on candy funhouse usa. They refused to offer any solution other than argue that what i ordered is what they sent. I would not deal with that type of customer service again. I know what I wanted and ordered and wasnt going to continue arguing with them. I had to throw the big box of black licorice swirls in the garbage. It was inedible. I only wanted an exchange but apparently they didnt have it or didnt want to honor my request. If this is how they conduct business, I would not recommend this company nor will I deal with them again!

I ordered a few items, but really only wanted 3 of a certain item (the rest were just add-ons). When my package arrived I had received the wrong order. Although Candy Funhouse was quick to respond and send out a replacement order, it only contained one of the main item I wanted. Due to their error, I was unable to get the order I wanted because it had since sold out. I was also asked to print up a return shipping label and 3 invoices, then wait in line at the UPS store to ship back the wrong box they had sent me. I would think some kind of discount or other "thank you" would be in order after jumping through some hoops to return their items, but they offered nothing. I will not be ordering from them again.
