Ordered a pair of shoes. Picked up but refund not processing. Their customer support is very very pathetic. Ticket raised with all the details but everytime you need to convey the whole story then there is nothing further they will do. Call escalation is not possible. If you trapped in such situations with campus the suggest to choose consumer court path instead of wasting your time with support team.
