Our son lost interest in coding because of this this place. He had a hard time understanding the teachers so he had to ask the instructors to repeat same sentence multiple times. One instructor told my son he couldn't talk or ask her to repeat anymore. REALLY? and most of the time he just sat there while they were trouble shooting their systems. They cancel classes without notifying you or notify you AFTER the start time. Most of instructors are rude and don't answer the questions. Our son signed up for all these classes but we asked to cancel our subscription numerous times without any help from them. Our son only got to finish one module with a decent teacher. After that he didn't learn anything. After aggravating times with them, someone finally cancelled out subscription. Or rather his classes. But guess what. STILL NO REFUND. you don't ant help from anyone once you start talking about refund. It took us over 2 months to cancel our subscription. Last module wasn't even completed and they marked it as completed. They more seem like fraudulent than anything. We lost almost two thousand dollars. MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY ALMOST RUINED MY SON'S CHANCE OF LEARNING ACTUAL CODING. We finally convinced him to try someone else and now he loves it again. Don't waste your time, money and effort with place. I would have given them zero star if I could.

At free trail they had good teacher for my kids once we register them the first level went not so good as we keep ask them to change instructor she was not able to answer basic questions in that platform. They get free platform in thinkable once kids do three projects it’s full they need to review that they want kids to delet their projects Customer service is not good We are not happy I want to withdraw class if they don’t contact me soon I am waiting for their replay almost 45 days

We didn’t had a good instructor and after observing for less than 10 classes, informed the personal relationship manager that am withdrawing and she has initiated the refund process on Dec 17, 2022. Later then am unable to reach out to anyone and disappointed with not hearing back on my refund of $500 plus. I’m not able to reach out to The customer care number too. This is total cheating

My son took 2 coding classes and had difficulty understanding his instructors. We cancelled the curriculum within the appropriate window, but now Camp K12 will not refund our money. No response to our emails or phone calls. They owe us $1200.

Do not , I mean do not waste your hard earned money with these people. If you have problems you cannot contact their customer service. They will care till you pay the amount after that they vanish. The teacher keeps on changing in between a particular course so for then they will put in with a totally different teacher who know nothing about the student or how much the student understood. Specifically if pay the entire amount you are done they will not bother to get back to you. So a big NOoo these people.

They took my money and no services were provided. Phone numbers doesn't work and they don't respond to emails

It's very hard to contact customer service. Phone calls always go to voicemail. I reschedule my class and got notification that it successfully rescheduled. But then it turns out the teacher didn't get the notification and she was waiting for my son to log in. Then when it's the time for the make-up class, the system didn't let me log in. I was going back and forth with the customer service via email but the reply time is sooooo slow. Another time, I log in and waited, then the teacher said that she got power shut-down so she cancelled the class. The next session, I log in, and no teacher showed up. I waited for 30 minutes. Tried to called the customer support but as suspected nobody answered. VERY DISSAPOINTED and wasted my time. When I asked for refund, after 5 days they then sent me email that they can't refund me. They reasons they use are vague and too many jargon. AGAIN, don't try this class. DO IN PERSON. It's better.

This is the worst company i have ever worked with. They laid off more then 25 employee on 11th January without paying December salary and no prior notice. No discussion or HR meeting has been done till now. No compensation is being offered at all. I am sure they will be taking up the funds and will shut this company off. I am going to sue this company for making me work more then 12 hours a day and not paying my salary. Now they want us to sign a contract before releasing our December 2023 salary. No i am not going to do that and i will make sure the Founder of this company suffer. I have all the proofs to take you down. I have seen other employees being badly effected by there decision, some of them are dealing with depression and so much more. I would request the parents who have invested the hard earned money in campk 12, to not to invest in such fraud companies. Date of experience: January 10, 2023
