Fraud. There teachers do not have knowledge about US curriculum and when requested for refund they go silent. I am waiting for over 6 months.

Looters! Looters! Looters ! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! MORE THAN AN YEAR I AM FOLLOWING UP FOR MY REFUND Worst company in India. They will just ask for all the money at once as a company policy. Teachers in level 1 will be good.. experienced ones. Then the quality will deteriorate and teacher with ZERO knowledge and experience will be taking care of your child. When you will try to discontinue and ask for your refund, they will give lots of excuses. If you are good in follow up, then keep writing mails and messages just like I am doing and if it is not your trait, please forget about your money. Looters ! Looters ! Looters!

Worst service ever, bought coding classes for my son, they always have technical issues with class links, website, lack of available teachers in suitable times, they tell you you can cancel or reschedule unlimited number of classes then once started they say if they do not receive the cancelation 48 hours in advance then they will deduct from your balance and you will have to pay for no show, even if you send the request 48hrs in advance their customer service is very slow and most probably won’t even see your request until it is too late, techincal support line does not work most of the time, and they drown you with loads of advertising emails and calls and Whatsapps for other classes and services which does not even fall within your interest and they do not offer any tool to unsubscribe !!!! Very annoying and cheap marketing methods, and extremely rude customer service female staff who would shout at you and shut you up whenever you complain about technical issues in their website !!!! Run away from them

There is a big scam in campk12. After taking 5 months of classes I quit the classes from campk12. From the end of 5th month (may 2022)onwards I am asking for refund of money to Propelld (loan). Till now they didn't refund and now they are telling that the cancellation time got over so the amount can't be refunded. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. please don't get into it.

While enquiring about the classes the Sales Person (Devang - 9711957569) claimed that if we don't like the classes or for any reason we need to stop the classes, we can cancel it any time and the money for the classes not taken will be refunded. My kid took the classes for about a month but it did not work out somehow, and we decided to discontinue further classes. We informed the Camp K12 very clearly in Dec'22 about our decision, but it is so shocking that the money is still being charged every month. We have been trying to follow up with multiple emails and calls, but no one from Camp K12 is responding properly. Someone called Shamshad Haq from their refund team called up and he was so unprofessional in his communication and blatantly told that their refund policy is only for 20 days, post that they will not be refunding the money. He also mentioned that he has discussed with Sandeep Bhagi who is supposed to be at senior level management and it is the management decision to not to refund the money. Anyone can understand the kind of mindset the founder / management folks have. Anyone who is thinking about enrolling for the classes of Camp K12, need to be VERY CAREFUL and DO NOT ENROLL with them. They are an unprofessional bunch of people who will make your life miserable by calling multiple times in a day while selling their product and the same bunch of unprofessional people will not even respond to your email / calls when they need to return the money or you run into any issue. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO ENROLL FOR THE CLASSES OF CAMP K12.

Very bad recent experience For last two weeks my child was online waiting for the teacher to join , but she didn’t. Last week a person named Ali came online while we were waiting in the portal , he apologized & convinced us that Priya Yadav from their team will take care of the situation, but unfortunately no one contacted us officially from their customer support team yet. We tried to contact the customer support team by email & phone , but no response from their side so far. We’re truly disappointed with the service.
