Kelly from the tech support heaven, knows her stuff! Very knowledgeable. Very patient. I even like her laugh lol! We were on the phone for an hr and not one time did I hear a huff or puff, or an awkward silence. Other companies... Get you a carbon copy Kelly! Good employees like her are rare! Whatever the team over at CallTools are doing is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've never had a bad call with them and believe me, I've had a lot of calls, only bc I'm juggling a 9-5 and wholesaling. Even from the sale, to onboarding. Great job! I've got a dialer I can call home ‼️ oh, and the integration team is awesome too!

Bari Adebayo is very knowledgeable in his role. He immediately knew how to assist and guide me throughout the call. What I appreciated most was that when the line was disconnected, I attempted to call back, but he proactively returned my call right away. I want to commend him for taking ownership of the situation and ensuring I received the support I needed.

After my business partner bailed on me, I was left with figuring out the techy side of the business. Dialers, and CRM's, and marketing. Not my forte. It felt like cramming a whole new language within a few weeks (Im still learning and have a long way to go). I have to give much thanks and appreciation to the support team at CallTools. They have held my hand and walked me through things from day one. Most recently, I worked with Bari Adebayo. Im just a one man operation, but working with Bari felt like I had a whole IT department on my side. Ive been on many teams. Bari stands out for many reasons. For starters, hes attentive and smart. He easily understood exactly what I needed to accomplish (setting up workflows and call cadences). Something I would be completely lost in. Then he provided excellent solutions and went to work. Bari also showed great attention to detail and initiative. Hes a problem solver. He didnt hold me on the phone while he figured it out and set it up. No stalling. He took care of it and let me know when he was done, then walked me through it all. Super professional as well, and punctual. Called on the dot, exactly when he said he'd call back. Dont get me wrong, the handful of people Ive spoken with from day one have all been outstanding (shoutout to Glen Diamond). Naturally as my business grows, my needs will grow, and I have no doubt Ill have the support I need along the way.

He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He guided me through every step to resolve the issue and followed up afterward to ensure everything was working properly and that no recurring issues had occurred. I really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure the problem was fully resolved.
