CallMultiplier has been one of the easiest and most efficient call systems we've tried. The website is user friendly and when I did have questions or alterations to make, the customer support was very accommodating! Highly recommend giving them a try!

The calls go out and reach everyone almost before I hang up! This is very fast and reliable - and customer service is there 24 hours a day.

CallMultiplier is a mass text service -- well, I don't know what all they do, but I use them to send out texts every day to 600 recipients. I don't know much about their competition or the technology, but they really do a good job and they really *try* to do a good job. Customer service is superb. There was a little software glitch at one point, when they were making a modification, and they were so transparent and helpful about fixing it. Another big plus, they understand UI. The interface is highly intuitive and the functions are easy to find, well conceived, and work quite well. I think I've been using them for about a year and have grown from 100 to 600 names/numbers in my database. 600 recipients cost me I think $117/mo.
