The experience was very good and having someone check in while going thru each stage, while waiting for this process to be completed, helped with the length of waiting on the application to go thru.

I needed an advocate for my mom but I wasn't sure what one was going to be able to do, I heard back quickly after submitting a questionnaire online and I was connected to Freddie! She was very patient and explaining the process to me and what will help she has been!! I can't get answers from doctor's offices and sometimes I can't even find where to request a referral but she does ALL of this for me. Taking care of my 92-year-old mother gets difficult at times so this has been such a godsend and I was surprised that all of the things that she does for me and how much that has taken the stress off, just so I can breathe again. I would highly recommend Baba to anyone who wants to get some help for themselves or if they're caregivers.

I am so lucky to have Macey who has been helping me with my health care issues during the last few weeks. She did handle and get all tasks completed in professional ways .. I have been very impressed at the services that Baba is able to assist me with. I assist in caring for my dad with Parkinson's and they assisted me in finding a support group for both my mom and dad as well as individual groups, offered assistance for myself in regards to mental health wellbeing and also offered to assist in reviewing other services that might help us (Parkinson specific exercise groups etc)
