We’ve been using Call2Action.ai as a paying customer, mainly for the AI candidate calls and screening. The biggest difference is the amount of time we save during the early stages of recruiting. Instead of spending hours on initial calls and going through every candidate manually, we receive the information in a much more organized way. This makes it easier to see who is a good fit and who should move forward. The screening process has also made the handoff to onboarding smoother because we already have the important candidate details collected. We still review everything and make the final hiring decisions ourselves, but Call2Action.ai handles a lot of the repetitive work. Our experience has been positive so far.
