The customer service was 5-star! Fast and free shipping, tight and nice packaging and thank you for the free gift ❤️ I got a gold detangler. Happy to support local woman-owned business!

I bought a flat iron and it stopped working, I reached out to the company and they were so helpful…. Sending me a new flat iron. Super kind customer service. Thank you!!

The team was fast, helpful and super nice. Thank you for your help and understanding. I love your product and very happy with it. It was a pleasure to have business with you .

I’m in love. My hair has historically not held a curl well even for an hour. This iron is a game-changer for me. I curl my hair in the morning and it lasts until I go to bed.. or until I ruin it by laying on the couch in the evening ;)

I love CC pro straightener. Thank you so much for the excellent quality! I am very happy with it - my hair looks better than before. Yay 🥰

At no fault to the company my order showed delivered my usps. After talking to their customer service (president of the company actually) she assured me we would get it sorted out. After a few days it was still no where to be found. She just emailed me that she's going to file a claim with usps and send me a replacement!!! I will definitely do repeat business with this company!!!

I received my order in less than a week after ordering. I love the design of the iron because it helps style my hair. The iron styles my hair and leaves it looking silky without damaging it. I would definitely recommend!

Great product! Great quality!
