I place the same order from this company every year. These are calendars for the Jewish faith. This year for whatever reason the calendars were not scheduled to be shipped until after the Jewish new year. Admittedly, I missed this on the contract because this is never happened in all of my years of doing business with this company. I spoke with somebody new this year, Ashley, after having dealt with Kimberly for nearly the last five years. The ordering process seemed pretty much the same and Ashley was very friendly until I started asking questions. She would often not respond to my emails for at least 24 hours and tell me she was looking into things further. It is evident that the girls in the office are not anywhere near the warehouse where these items are being produced because there seems to be a severe lapse in communication. When I asked to have the calendars shipped overnight delivery once they were done being produced, I was told that is not possible. I would recommend any customer steer clear of this company, because any business that makes you sign an agreement that you will not sue and that you will not dispute your credit card transactions clearly is not about quality or positive consumer interaction. Once my order arrives, I am still planning a dispute.
