ORDERS are NOT FULLFILLED, 2 REFUNDS are NOT DONE!!!
- I ordered 3 products on May 2021 - After 11 months I didnt get any one of these 3 product orders. and I requested REFUND on 7th April 2022 - I didnt get 2 refunds out of 3 - I have been contacting via Twitter; they asked me to send ID pictured again which I did swiftly. - Since then they dont even reply to me. I can not get my refunds. My losses: - I coundt use 3 devices as my orders are not fullfilled 12 months after paying for them - I'm still loosing opportunity costs - My money is being used for more than 1 year without even daring to reply

Hey Murat, thanks for the review. Sorry you didn't have a positive experience with us. We just looked into the DMs on twitter and see that everything was refunded on June 3rd and confirmed by you that it was received. Sorry for the delay in getting this to you, but glad everything has been resolved.

I would put “shltty” if it was an option
I would put “shltty” if it was an option. Ordered over a year ago. No product yet. Have asked for refunds twice with no results.

Excessive delays in order and no support
My order was delayed for more than 3 months and I asked for a refund but they ignored it. They shipped the product anyway when I didn't need it anymore. Now they don't even reply to my requests for refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Calchipconnect has no idea what they are doing. No orders filled, no response to the questions about the orders and when you get an answer, it sounds like a 16 years old teenager is answering, which is way far from being professional. My order was never filled, replacement and change questions never answered. I will most likely contact to my credit company to dispute the charge made in April and still no product delivered in November the same year. California Attorney General and Ftc.gov as well as BBB will be notified. This is not the way of conducting business in the USA. This is what makes us different from the Third World countries. Ethics, justice, responsibility, human rights. It's a shame. UPDATE: in Result of this negative review, they deleted my account. Bunch of moody kids. Shame on you guys.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Order a miner, like everyone else, they never sent it. Filled out the refund form on 10/25, today I got a confirmation that they put me in line for a replacement!??. Then they then sent me an email that they cannot process my refund due to an error with my credit card, that I must not be using the same card or same address (both of those statements are false). Had to fill out a form to try to get a bank wire that they say can take up to 3 weeks. Based on what I'm seeing here, that won't happen. Already notified my bank about this scam.

Dishonest business practice
Dishonest business practice, took my money for over a years, doesn’t ship the product out and ignore my refund request. They are scammers
