This could easily be a 5 star rating if shipping wasn’t so lengthy. Ordered a couple times and each time delivery was 12 days. Fix this concern and I will continue to order. Great products at great prices. I’ve referred people to your site but they all have the same issue.......shipping too long!

Agonizingly SLOW service. I placed my order on May 9th, and didn't get my order until May 24th. And that was after numerous emails with their customer service. Each time mentioned cancelling my order, action on my account occurred. Who knows how long it would take if I didn't complain! The initial order sat in "Processing Order" for nearly a week. And the excuse I got was "...we're in the process of having our warehouse redesigned." As or the product received, I found the quality to be as expected. For $30, I wasn't expecting Bruno Molly shoes. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the fit was good and they did feel quite comfortable. I have read that sizing can be questionable, from other posts. So naturally, I was a tad skeptical when I went to try them on. Despite the supremely slow ordering process, I'm actually thinking about trying another pair of shoes that appeal to me. at least now, I'll know what to expect from them. Perhaps, my luck this time will hold up.

I had to wear these shoes a few weeks before review (I bought 2 pair of differing styles). I like the styling. Several family members thought they were odd looking, but that's ok. My problem is that after wearing them several times, they began to squeak and be quite uncomfortable. I noticed that my feet were just aching at the end of the day. This is due to little/no insole padding and no arch support. Unfortunately, after a month, I hardly wear them at all.

Excellent customer Services & on time delivery time

Very good service but arrived later than I thought it would.

nice shoe at a decent price, just not sure about the longevity/durability
