BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Major SCAM!!! I bought a pair of their blue "leather" shoes that were not leather at all. They are POLYURETHANE!!! PLASTIC to most people!!! I went back to their website and sure enough, the word leather is used over and over and over again.
And don't think you're going to return it... Their return address is Canada so it costs more to return it than to buy it. Coincidence? I doubt it!
What a SCAM!!

I saw an ad for their shoes so I made the mistake of clicking on it. Now they stalk me everywhere. Despite clearing my cookies, and uninstalling apps, choosing to opt out of nearly every single online advertiser and retargetor in the country, they still show me tons of pop up ads. This is bordering on illegal in my opinion. They do not respect your wishes to opt out. For that reason, I am not going to buy any shoes from these people and neither should you. If they have unscrupulous business practices advertising to you, I can't imagine what will happen once you get your order and if there's a problem with it, they'll even try to help you.

It took for ever for my order to arrive…
It took for ever for my order to arrive and when it did, they sent the wrong color shoe. I checked my order to make sure I order to see if I ordered the wrong color, but sure enough I ordered the blue shoe. I was going to order the black ones anyway at a later date but this will be my first and last time I order shoes online. After reading a post about trying to return a product with this company, I think I will just try and maintain. I don,t need any more stresses. I hope the company reads this and make some process improvements. I really like the shoe but zip don,t like the wait and simple errors/mix ups/wrong colors.

Returns have to be sent to Canada
Nowhere in their returns/exchange policy does it mention that US customers must ship internationally at their own expense. I don't mind returns not being free, but returning shoes with an international shipping charge would have given me pause. Still, I very rarely need to return things I buy online, so if that had been in their policy, I may still have bought the shoes with a "buyer beware" mindset. But the shoes are too narrow and returning them will be expensive. Still, I'd rather pay the Post Office then a company that purposefully misleads their customers. They don't say it, but I will: BUYER BEWARE!

Still no satisfaction
Still no satisfaction.
About two weeks ago, I posted a review about Calceus. To summarize: The shoes I received had no relation to the size I ordered, and Calceus believes that's my problem, not their and if I want a refund, I have to send the shoes to China on my dime. Well, that would be like buying the shoes not twice, but three times.
Their reply: "Let's do it in the right way."
Apparently, they have a different opinion of "the right way." After first repeating the "not our fault" policy, they said I could send the shoes to Ontario, Canada (the shoes were shipped from Chino, CA, less then 40 miles from my home). That meant I'd only have to play for the shoes twice., so no go.
The next offer was that I keep the shoes, and they would refund 30% of what I paid. Nice, but still doesn't feel right. I declined the offer and asked them to come back with a better offer. I joked that since they believe 70-30 to be a fair split, send me the 70% and we can be done; if that's a problem, then how about an even split.
That was a week ago, and I have not heard a word in reply.
I'm beginning to suspect their awful customer service is a feature, not a bug: by making it so hard to get a refund, they wear people down. Well, I'm not that easily dissuaded.
I await their reply.
