Ordering from this site is similar to any other online store! The only difference is there is no communication. I never received a tracking number, I did not receive any updates pertaining to my order/package, nothing! I had no idea if my package was even going to arrive. It also arrived poorly packaged -- no box.

Took a while to get them to ship it. I had to contact them in order to get the ball rolling. They are comfortable shoes so far. Strange feeling at first, as the soles are straight rubber. They grow on you and they look great. Minimal insulation, no good for cold weather unless you double up on socks. Plenty of room and the size is correct fit.

Timeframe from purchasing and delivery was to long. The shoes are very nice looking, however, the shoes insoles and too thin, I placed inserts and they are now very comfortable to wear!

Toungue came off one of the shoes the second time I wore the shoes. Other than that. Shoes are fine. Last pair that was purchased.

The packaging is horrible. The shoes was bent up. No box. The shes are great. But for a gift you will have to keep them for awhile to shape them out before you give them away. So they can have a great shape to them. Everyone know men do not like thier shoes bent up

Love the product and price. Delivery time drastically needs improvement. Customer service must receive immediate attention. I will make this short. A friend noticed my shoes. Asked where I purchased them. I recommended them enthusiastically, cautioned him that delivering might be “a bit” slow. He ordered a pair. Waited weeks. Nothing. Curious. Goes to site. Follows recommended options—on line. Nothing. Finally, the unthinkable he calls. Still nothing. Next option is American Express to cancel the order. His name is Larry McCullock, in TN. The incident happened during the past three months. I built my own company. A response like this would have skipped customer service and been sitting on MY desk. Lets see what you do and how long it takes.
