Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The driving loafers and the plummage sneakers. Driving loafers manage to be 2 sizes bigger than stated, ridiculously oversized. The plummage fit ok and looked nice. BUT, the second time putting them on and lacing them up, the eyelet tore in half. The material that the eyelets on the plummage are made from, appears thin and cheap, and it shows. And now I get to PAY for the privilege of returning both pairs. BEWARE! Check out the return policy, before wasting your hard earned money. WILL NOT be buying from Calceus ever again.

shoes too big and plastic crap to return first said china then canada then oh 30 days are up scam ...

Ordered two pairs of shoes and both were at least one size too small (they were marked as the correct size). The return address is in Canada and the price for return shipping is $39, which I have to pay if I want to return them. Total rip off.

Shoes are not as described and do not come close to fitting. Cannot get a response for return/refund over a 5 day period. I am going to get a refund from PayPal and hopefully get Calceus suspended from PayPal. This is a RipOff company

I ordered April 7...heard NOTHING until April 13th when I wrote a nasty letter to them. All of a sudden I have a tracking number...it was another week before I heard anything and then I got an email saying that it had been shipped and it would be delivered April 23rd and I've never received any other alerts that I didn't search out myself. Then it got bumped back to April 25th, and now I just looked and it said April 26th. I'm not impressed and I will not be buying anything from Calceus ever again!!

Customers service sucks! When you want to return your item, they want you to send back to a Canadian address which you will be responsible for paying the Custom Form and for a Signature Receipt. The cost would be as much, if not more than your purchase. What about that? That is the solution that I was given for return. I won't purchase from them again.

I received both pairs ordered, but needed to return one pair (just didn't care for them). I have sent 3 emails to them with no response to date. Unacceptable customer service and I will never buy from them again. How can they get away with ripping off people?! Bought four pairs of shoes three weeks ago and they have not sent any confirmation, or anything concerning my order. They have not even responded back too my emails. This company is a rip off they are thieves, do not buy ANYTHING. They will only take your money. The positive reviews are fake they have no products to sell.
