If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 loafers on 4/20 and didn't receive them until 5/11. Instead of the Khaki and black loafers I ordered, I received 2 black loafers. When I reached out to try and get the order fixed (and after providing pictures), I received the run around for 2 WEEKS!!!! I was first offered 15% discount to keep the shoe I didn't order, and when I refused got offered 50% to keep something I DIDN'T WANT! After I refused yet again, I was sent an address to mail the package--at my own cost--before a full refund would be sent to me. All this while, no mention of the Khaki loafer I ordered. I am now planning on returning both loafers for a full refund and will never do business with Calceus again. And the shoes are of low quality!

Terrible customer fulfillment. Ordered 25 days ago and still no delivery. Won't shop here again.

These are the cheapest shoes I've ever seen. This is a Chinese company that really doesn't accept returns.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. It will be the cheapest looking and ill fitting shoe you will ever buy. ALSO If you are returning it for any reason you must send it to ONTARIO CANADA. It will cost you more in fees to return than you paid for the product. Also the soles are so thin, it feels like you have on a pair of socks. Very very uncomfortable. Trust me and shop elsewhere. ADDITIONALLY. It cost over $50 dollars in postage to send back three pairs of TRASH. AND AND AND AND ......... IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO REFUND. I will be sending the AG of Texas a letter about this company.

I ordered three pairs of shoes, all three were at least two sizes too small (they were marked China 48 which on conversion charts equal size 11.5 US, the wrong size!). The return address is in Canada which I have to pay if I want to return them. But I am contacting Chase VISA and requesting a full refund because Calceus is misrepresenting their product. The materials and construction were not quality, tried to feel the padding in the soles but there is none. Contact your State's Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I would not buy their product.

Shoes were no where near size 12, had to send them back to Canada and it cost 18$, half what I paid for the shoes.

Placed an order and never received it. So I contacted someone and their excuse was the warehouse was moving. No one never reached out to me to offer a discount nor an apology. Will never do business with them again.

This company is a total SCAM. First of all the products that they sell are absolutely the lowest quality of any product I have seen in years.The fit is awful. You will get better support from a worn out pair of cotton socks than with the shoes that they sell. The PU Leather is thinner than DENIM. Shipping is extremely SLOW. No receipt or SHIPPING LABEL in the package. The same day I received my shoes I sent an email asking to return for a refund. NOW HERE COMES THE FUN PART. You cannot return the items to a place in the USA, You have to send it to CANADA. This cost you five times as much as sending it back to California where the shipment came from. I had to spend $55 to send three pairs of shoes back for a refund. They say all of the products are on sale after they inflate the price and then supposedly slash it in half. Save your money and Blood Pressure and SHOP someplace else.
