This company deserves 0 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes size 13 and the shoes I received were closer to a size 9. It took almost a week for the company to get back to me to provide a shipping address. Then I was advised that since they didn’t make a mistake, I would have to pay shipping cost. It cost $42 to ship 2 pairs of shoes to the Canadian address provided. The company refuse to own up to the mistake and they are refusing to refund the shipping fees. Horrible customer service. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!! You have been warned.

The products are the worst! The metal hardware tarnishes & rusts in less than 30 days. The leather grade is "C," such poor quality because it is synthetic & all the products are from China and even California does not sell anything with the metal that Calceus use because it has been proven to cause Cancer.

I ordered a pair of shoes and needed a size 11.5. I had to send shoes back via Canada from USA (18.50). 6 months and 50+ emails and still no shoes.

Returns impossible! The shoes arrived after more than 2 weeks. They were a little small, though I ordered my normal shoe size. I began the return/exchange process by filling out a form.Per their policy, I am required to pay return shipping. I then found out shipping to the Canadian address from the US was $24. The shoes were $29,99 plus shipping to the US. The company doesn't publish a phone number or an email address anywhere. Further research reveals this is a Chinese company operating out of Canada, shipping products from New Jersey (but you cant return to NJ). I'm stuck with the shoes unfortunately.

If u order shoes, order them not ur size, but larger.

I orderd shoes from calceus, when i recieved them they were the wrong shoes style and color. I was told to return shoes which i did with my own money, haven't heard nothing since, goodbye 100 bucks

the shoes must overstocks or seconds from various sources. I ordered 2 pair, size 11: one pair was marked 17 and the other L-285 and both were too small to wear. Got authorization to return but the return postage costs $65 because it goes to Canada but they shipped to me from US for $7.99 in a plastic envelope. At first I was just going to donate the shoes but then I got mad and didn't want them to get away with this scam. Stupid me, so far they have just ignored the return for over a month now. No response from their Contact Us page which is the only way to communicate because their emails are No-Reply and they have no phone number.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Non-responsive. Buyer beware!
