I have sent 4 emails requesting to return a pair of shoes with no response. This is very poor customer service. Will never buy again and will be sure to discourage others.

Inadvertently ordered (2) orders same shoe, emailed for assistance to cancel one order, no reply. Received both orders and size needed adjustment. Contacted company through portal as instructed to return (4) times. No reply, this is shameful customer service.

Ordered shoes arrived.....wrong size. Company will not accept return because shoes aren't damaged. They want me to send them where the shipping costs exceed the price of the shoes, which are useless to me. Their emails are circular and puzzling. Totally their fault and their problem. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

This company offers terrible customer service. They will not respond if you need to exchange or refund. If you file a complaint with Paypal or your bank they will then respond but they will make you ship your product back to Ontario Canada and pay for the shipping which will be as much as the cost of the product. They have a terrible attitude when dealing with the customer. Do not buy from this company as you will only be disappointed and potentially ripped off as I was.

I did make the mistake to order an item from Calceus on July 04, 2019 and until today I receive anything from them even an explanation or excuse. I do encourage nobody to do the same mistake. Worst is now I do have to deal with the credit card company for a reversal of such transaction and wait. Really bad mistake.

I purchase a pair of sandals which did not fit. The quality was not great but ok for the money. However, I am currently attempting to return them. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts to contact this company in order to obtain the return address I have had no response. I am now in process of registering a complaint with Pay Pal in order to get my money back.

Yes they look "cool". That's where the positive ends. Too bad there's not ZERO star First the shoe run tight to size. The description says "slip-on style" they were lace-up. I have PD, very difficult to tie laces. It took 4 emails before I got a response from them. Shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. feels like there is a walnut under my feet in the area just behind the toes. Finally got return instructions, $37.00 to ship to Canada. Shoes cost $29.99.. Shoes were sent to the trash bin. You've bin warned. Hope you have a better experience.

Don't patronize with this company, they are very irresponsible and will take your money and blame their mistake on the customer and will not help to rectify like repeatable company would do DON'T BUY YOU WILL REGRET..
