Ordered shoes. Got the wrong size. Returned shoes exactly as directed by company, thru USPS. The process is now exceeding two months, with no notification or acknowledging that they received return. And no refund has been offered for shoes or return fees. Not good!!!

I purchased a pair of boots. The soles were so thin, that it was unsafe to walk on them. When I tried to get a refund, they made me ship the item to China, to ensure the shipping cost was more expensive than the actual worthless product they sold me. I will definitely stay away from ever purchasing a Calceus product. Worthless!!!!

I ordered my shoes in November!! And I never received a confirmation number, or a tracking number.I called your customer service number just a voice mail directing me to go to your website!! Still no response. Its now December..and no info on my purchase!! Nor my shoes I've ordered???

We've checked your order's shipping information on the FedEx website. It shows that the package has been delivered on 9/28/2019. Please kindly check it. After having waited for a month I received the wrong size. Had to pay return shipping for the mistake Calceus made for shipping me the wrong item. Was never reimbursed for the return shipping and never received a replacement as promised. Calceus is the worst and I only wish I could report them to the Canadian version of the BBB that we have in the United States.
