One of the product received was not what was ordered. I'm very disappointed. Additionally, product was delivered later than promised. My experience with company was below expectation. I'd sent the company the picture of the wrong shoes I received. The response I got from the company was to "take another picture with a tracking number." Does that mean the company do not know or track its own product? That is not my job as the customer. My original review stands. I'll never buy or recommend this company or its product to nobody. It is a complete waste of money and time.

Do Not Do Business With This Company !!! Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. The money was immediately taken from my account but no email with delivery date. I have reached out to them via their contact information 4 times and have gotten no response . I will get my money from my credit card company and pursue whatever action against them for fraud and theft .

This place is fraud!!!!!! I have not received my order. I contacted them 10000 times and have yet to even receive a tracking number. If they don’t respond in the next couple days, I will report as fraud & take legal actions to get my money back. This is unacceptable. People work too hard for their money.

Complete Fraud. I ordered a jacket from them almost a month ago, yet no order confirmation email, no shipping confirmation email, but conveniently took the money out of my checking account with no issues. I have contacted them multiple times and NO RESPONSE. I sent one more email just now, and if I don't receive any response I will report them as fraud and pursue legal action to get my money back.

I ordered about a month ago,I haven’t received anything from you guys Either send me my two coats that you kindly took money out my account for, or put my money back in my account This is horrible... And if I don’t get an response within a couple of days I will be reporting this company for fraud

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took more then 2 weeks to receive my order. Packaging is hideous, they just wrapped the shoes in bubble wrap, no box! The product is not true to it's size, there is no size indication on the shoes by the way, quality is very low. Shoes have bad chemical smell (not like leather shoes should be smelling). More to this, you'll have problems returning them. Seller will find any possible excuse to not provide you with prepaid return shipping label AND they want you to ship it to China or Canada which will cost a fortune! There is no live person you can talk to over the phone, email only. Business like this should be shut down!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Ok you people can’t keep your stories straight!!!!! You email me and tell me the package had been shipped, but really there’s only been a label created! I ordered on the 5th it gave you 19 days to get me my shoes! Just get me my shoes!

Stay away people I bought a winter coat I ask for a XL and they sent me a XXL. I tried on the coat and it was still to small. Refund please!
