I ordered one pair of black skate shoes and received a totally different style that looks nothing like the shoes that I had ordered. I took a picture of the shoes that I received and put it on my profile picture that's the only way I could have added a picture for you to see I received the wrong shoes or maybe that they had been substituted instead?

I orderd 4 covid-19 masks on approximately on or about April 6th. To date, I have not received them or any notification as to whether they have been shipped. I paid through paypal and the money has already been taken from my account. Please update me on my order .

Received the wrong shoes that were the wrong size.No shipping info inside the packaging. Shipping label said it was sent from Joe with an address in Auburn Alabama.Could not have turned out worse.How about a refund?

Less than 1 for me. I placed my order on 03/01/2020. NEVER GOT NO REPLY saying my Order was received, my money was receive, but it was taken from my bank! NO phone number to call, I only founf a fax number, sent a fax, number receive anything from that. Finally got 1 pair shoes Saturday 03/29 but I paid for 2 pair. No paperwork with the 1 pair. I would like to receive my other pair shoes and a Refund for all my inconvenience!

Very Poor. On Feb 27 I placed an order and got a confirmation email that my order was being processed and that I would be emailed when shipped. I heard nothing more. My cc was charged. On Mar 10 I wrote their message board to contact me about my order. Nothing. On Mar 13 I again wrote their message board to contact me and also called the 888 number. It is disconnected or Out of Order. I then wrote my c c company to investigate. On Mar 18 I received my order. No email, no return call, nothing.

Good product (sometimes, shoe's front-end exploded only after wearing the shoes like 5 times). Your company (Calceus) has terrible customer service and order processing speeds. Please work on these areas of your busines. your company is probably the worst at both customer service (you never respond to emails in a timely manner) and your order processing. Love the shoes tho. You would get a half star for designing such a nice, affordable breathable dress shoe.
