This company is a scam...you can order same product on Amazon. I realized that my shoes would not come to me on time so I cancelled within 24 hours. They would not cancel and said that they shipped and had sent me an email (per policy). They never sent the email. They sent the email after I cancelled. Their customer contact phone number is a fax number. They reply late at night via email only. Not to be trusted and are a scam.

Absolute garbage. Typical Chinese junk. Eyelet tore the first time I put the shoes on. Worthless company expects me to pay for return shipping to China for their defective junk product.

Thankfully, the two pairs of casual footwear I purchased were less than $100, so I can now say Caleus is a scam. After tracking the shipping, it said my ordered was out for delivery to my house at 10 am. Then it said my order was delivered 6 pm same day. Guess what? You guessed right! Never got it. Then they tell me to contact my shipper. You'd think the supplier would give the name and phone number of the shipper. Thought wrong!

I want to give this sad ass company a negative review if I could. How effin pathetic that one orders a pair of sneakers, and it only comes with one lace. This was in November 2020. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE ASS COMPANY.

Horrible experience. First they built the website to make people think they're shopping for items in the US. Most people don't even realize they are purchasing from China and the shoes will be shipped from there. It takes about a month to get them. In my case they arrived about two size too large even though they say size 11 .5 they are more like 13. About 2 inches too long for me. I contact them about this and they said I have to return to China at my cost. These people are nothing short of criminal.

This one star is overly generous. I ordered a size 11.5. They sent me 13s and then tried to convince me that their size 47 was 11.5. 47 is a size 12-13 and the shoes measured 13" stem to stern. After a back and forth wherein their rep "Sandy" insisted a 47 was 11.5, she finally capitulated and admitted they sent the wrong size. I gave the shoes to charity and will not buy from them again. Typical flim flam. DISGUSTED.
