This bank is still using its predatory lending practices, and is the worst bank I’ve ever seen. I had a loan with BancorpSouth 13 years ago. The other borrower took the property. I get a garnishment completely out of the blue that takes 25% of my check. I’m currently a cancer patient and cannot work much, and I can’t afford to lose that much income. The bank officer said that she doesn’t give a s*** and I have to pay or the garnishment stands. Unprofessional and heartless. I can see why they’ve been in trouble before.

I only gave one star because I had to, but this is the worst bank I ever had to deal with!!. I have had nothing but problem's from day one.

I had a cashiers check that I went to cash and was told they had to put a 7 day hold on it...When I protested, the branch manager, mocked me and told me to take it to Walmart if I didn't like it. I deposited the check....9 days later my money was still not available. I had to call. Then when I went to withdraw money the teller told me that the amount was above the teller limit it would take a branch manager who was still on lunch break at 4pm in the afternoon. This bank is horrible and it's employees are not educated on how a bank operates. I am changing banks as we speak. Do not use this bank. They are horrible

To start off the app is crap and I have being going to the new bank since it open and I have never once seen or met the manager or assistant manager I guess they never come out of there office which I find weird cause the other cadence banks I have met and talked to the managers they are usually out front helping but not in the new bank at scottsboro Alabama

I have my mortgage with this bank and the employees are the most insensitive, unprofessional, incompetent bank I have ever done business with. I have been trying to resolve an issue since November. They need to be investigated for bad business practices. Do not bank with them especially opening a mortgage account.

The online/mobile app is worthless. It doesn't update transactions for an entire day, so you don't know how much is in account. The teller suggested i write it down and subtract it. lol...they charge $10 for a cashier's check and won't do it at drive through. The teller at the Temple, Texas, downtown branch treats people like they killed her dog...super unfriendly.

0 stars if I could. This bank is pure absolute trash like most banks. Plus people forget banks were originally started by criminals. This one is no exception
