I paid $130 for a pair of shoes from their site and they sent me the wrong pair. When I reached out to them they said they'd exchange the shoes but made me pay $40 for a return label. Upon returning the shoes they sent me the wrong shoes again! I asked for a refund and didn't hear from them until the 15 day refund window closed and they said it's outside the refund window, so I'm out $170. Not to mention, the shoes (Nike Air Max) look and feel fake.

Have ordered three pairs of trainers for kids and have been told all are out of stock. Have requested refund had no contact since. This is fraud

I cancelled my order and they have refused to give me my refund. I am being forced to file a dispute to get my $180 back from this company.

Do NOT purchase from this company. I had to email them to get my order shipped, in all it took 24 days before I received my order. They were shipped from Sepang, MY which i thought was very suspicious. Unfortunately my gut feeling was right, the shoes are knockoffs. I'll be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.

Description of Complaint: I ordered a pair of blue & white Jordan tennis shoes on 2/18/22 for $200.00. The shoes arrived with clear & obvious workmanship problems. In fact, the shoes did not appear to be authentic Jordans at all. They appeared to be "fake" so I requested a refund immediately. First of all, The company, CADEAUME, would not send me a return label until I paid an additional $12.00, in advance. The shoes were returned on 3/10/22. Then I received an email today, 3/16/2022, stating that the refund was ONLY for $160.00 and not the $200.00 I paid. I demanded that the company refund the total amount that I paid because I was not told anything about any additional fees. The company has not responded to my emails. My order number was (7728). I will not order anything from this company again. I have ordered and returned items from Amazon, Footlocker, Ebay, and many other stores and I have never received anything less than the full amount that I paid.

Quite disappointed...ordered a nike airmax 270 for my teen son and paid $136 for it but whn we received the shoes it did look fake...The opening of the shoes were very very wide and very different from the other same airmax270 my son have..So,at same day i request to return by email..After a couple days i was told to pay $12 for returning fee and once they receive shoes i was going get full refund. Aftr they receive it..i only got $108 back..They would not explain why?? I paid $136 plus $12 ....after i insisted on my emails they replied it was a re stocking fee of 20%...What rip off..Don't buy..their shoes look fake..more expensive than a real one from our local mall..I only purchased from them bcse it was a different color that i could not find on our pop local shoes stores..Never again..

This company is fraudulent ordered pair of Nike shoes December 16, 2021. was charged immediately and never received shoes their phone number is not in service and I emailed them four times with no response do not buy from this company!!! They will send you tracking number but the courtier says unknown tracking number. No one will help you !

Watch Out this is a Fraud Website also the reviews are fake and not updated until the last months, Don't order anything from this website, i ordered a pair nikes on 11th december but got still no sneakers at home. contacted many time this organisation without any feedback or response be aware for Fraud!!
