Very disappointed with this product
Very disappointed with this product. A $1,000 product should last much longer than two years, but the horizontal bar has failed, and both front wheel housings have cracked and become displaced. These appear to be design defects, yet the replacement parts are sold at a very high cost. It is frustrating to feel that customers are being forced to pay for expensive replacement parts because of defects that should not have occurred in the first place. Customer service offered only a $20 discount, which is unacceptable considering the extent of the problem. I expected much better quality and support for a product in this price range.
