It is true that we had problems with our water heater. It is also true that Caccia Plumbing came out two more times, at no expense to us, to solve the problem we were having after we called them to say that the problem was persisting. Each time, after we called them, Caccia was on time (or even earlier) and stayed as long as was necessary to solve our problem. We were given options (and the cost of the option) and were given, based on their experience, their suggestion which option was the best for our short term and long term satisfaction. I am pleased to share that the problem with our water heater has been solved to our satisfaction and, no small thing in todays business world, we were not charged for visits after the first one. I may have said that earlier in my review but it is worth repeating - Caccia wants happy customers. If you have a plumbing problem, we highly recommend Caccia. C & P Burlingame

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this in such detail. Water heater issues can be frustrating, especially when the problem persists, so we’re glad we were able to stick with it and get everything fully resolved. Standing behind our work matters to us. If something isn’t right, we want the opportunity to make it right — and we’re grateful you gave us that chance. Showing up on time, presenting clear options with transparent pricing, and offering guidance based on both short- and long-term value are all part of how we believe service should be delivered. Hearing that you’re satisfied — and that you felt taken care of throughout the process — means a great deal. Thank you for the strong recommendation and for trusting Caccia Home Services in Burlingame. We’re always here whenever you need us.

Caccia Plumbing does first-class work. Not only are their service men highly competent; they also leave everything clean and shiny. They're not the cheapest plumbers in town, but they're easily the best.
