Dispatcher was polite and sharp
Dispatcher was polite and sharp. We called on thursday and new toilet was installed on Monday morning. The exact model and type my wife wanted. Installer showed up on time. Over the years its been the same employee Tyrone. Didn't recognize him her lost so much weight from the last time. Just kidding. He explained what he was going to do and then did just that. The billing was all electronic and easy. Tyrone cleaned up any mess, if at all. Was on his way in a couple of hours. Caccia also takes care of my rentals. Great Company. If I have any plumbing needs its only one phone call and its done.
