I want to share my experience with all potential customers that might use cablevision services. Please stay away they are not trustful they tell you something they do the opposite, they have a bad service and support I lost my money I wish I didn't buy their services... I bought 3 receivers since they told me multiple tvs for 1 subscription and when I installed the 3 tvs they asked for 3 subscriptions then few days ago one receiver stopped working unless other receiver is on I contacted support and they say they couldn't fix it and I have to pay $50 for a site visit and fixation ... I still have a lot to tell but I guess what I have said is more than enough in 3-4 months a lot of troubles and lies so I decided to revert back to other provider and lost the remaining balance because I want a peace of mind if I will continue until the end of my subscription I would definitely loose my mind... Stay away from them do not believe their ads they are unprofessional and liars

Crooks! Impossible to reach billing unless you call at exactly 8am. Promised return of over payment within 2 biz days. Never received! Why did I want my money back? Just had to cancel, over charge, can't just cancel because their personal hang up on you. Again they are crooks and everyone you speak with is totally rude. Why? It appears none of them like working there. Obviously, they are poorly treated by management, they are afraid of getting terminated. Therefore the only outlet is to treat customers the way they are treated.
