The worst website ever. Can never login. Never get a response. Product doesn’t work properly. Charge it and doesn’t work one hour later. Try to get customer support but I don’t think that even exists. Wasted money.

They have the worst customer service. I placed an order and have been waiting 2 weeks. They keep saying it’s an technical issue and someone call back but no one contacted me. Still waiting for it probably will cancel

Bought the product online and made the payment on 1st April 2022 but even after several attempts to get my package delivered, I received nothing else than some fake promises. Poor customer service, don't care for their customers. Only received emails regarding delivery for 4 days but no delivery was attempted. They have a third-party delivery service "E24" which is again a pain to get connected with. After trying to contact IQOS and E24 over emails, chats, and calls for several days finally received a call late in the evening on 7th April 2022, after their working hours were over. An arrogant guy posed himself as an E24 delivery person who misbehaved over the phone several times and arrogantly asked to come out of my house at 9.30 PM and accept the delivery. Long story short, EQOS services are not worthy.
