The system is easy to use and customer friendly. Wish there was a way to perform a credit on a card for a sale made prior to switching over to the Cloud9 program.

Thank you for the review! Unfortunately the way the credit card industry works, unless you have the original card info, only your old vendor might be able to reverse that charge. We are not allowed to have access, for security reasons.
