shud be giving minus so bad charge on deposits and withdraws odds are also really bad even money shot will 8/11 they took deposit which vanished still trying to get back also have cashouts outstanding takien 4 days so far still waiting site is so slow could go on shocking.

I wasn't given the new customer bonus (I'd deposited £100 so didn't get the £100 or any free spins) then was told I couldn't have it because I'd won some money and requested a withdrawal, the time it takes to withdraw funds is a joke (days) you have to provide alot of documents to verify yourself, the site itself is ridiculously slow and on top of that they charge fees to both deposit and withdraw. By far the worst online casino I've experienced in everyway.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The worst bookmaker, and if someone want to sign up for it will be regret it. I spent more time with customer service than playing, and on top of that, the withdrawal took about 20 days. If you use Visa/Mastercard, there are additional charges. I regret having any dealings with such an unreliable company

Deposited money for welcome bonus, took my money for the bet however wouldnt provide the free bet as I couldnt show them an email of the offer. Even though that doesnt exist.

Deposited money, went to place a bet, wouldn't accept it. contacted customer support, they said I couldn't bet on sports but could spend my money at their casino. Charged to deposit and also a charge to withdraw. I have tried to withdraw my initial deposit but have a funny feeling they will make getting my money back almost impossible. I have been advised withdrawal will take 2 working days so will update again then. Recommend other sites
