Looks can be deceiving. Pretty on the outside but malicious in. We were slapped with a $130 mystery sewer bill that was taken out of our deposit. We never heard of or paid this the entire 15 months. Water was always $30 and we always paid on time. We also had a few “inspections” that were just 2-3 people walking inside 5 feet and looking around for 5 seconds, saying “we’re good.” Some of these I had to take off work for and then were cancelled too. Very suspicious and invasion of privacy feeling. Snow removal was non-existent. The place is built very poorly. The entire master bedroom floor was ice cold during the winter and the windows froze. Heat always on 74 and still felt cold. There are a couple of other things I could mention but it’s not worth going into because they are inappropriate. I hope you spend that $130 better than I would as a retired person on social security. May god be with you.
