Poor manufacturing and customer service
This company does not stand behind its products. They choose to sell through a variety of third parties, such as Amazon refused to address manufacturing issues with their products. In our case, it was an advent calendar with a detached roof. Clear manufacturing defect. We contacted them. They could not have cared less.
