Likes that drop off after delivery should have been topped back up at no cost. Sorry you were left out of pocket instead.

Fleece your bank account
Fleece your bank account! Don’t use don’t store your cards and they don’t deliver comments. I bought the service to help my friends YouTube channel all to find my cards account were fleeced in the thousands. Lucky my bank could prove it wasn’t me.

Comments that are paid for and not delivered get refunded, and we are sorry that did not happen here. On the card issue, that is a serious thing to happen to anyone and we are glad your bank was able to resolve it. If anything about it was connected to an order placed with us, email [email protected] and we will investigate it properly.

Whatever the cause, comments that dropped after delivery should have been refilled or refunded rather than explained. That is the part we got wrong.

Comments not delivered
Comments not delivered, contacted them via email and was told the comments were deleted by the user. Why would I even delete the comments in the first place if I bought them myself?! Bunch of scammers.

Being told you deleted comments you had just paid for is not a satisfying answer, and we understand why it did not sit right. Comments that are not visible after delivery should have been delivered again or refunded.

A paid order that is not fulfilled gets refunded in full. That was true then and it is true now. Sorry this was not resolved at the time.

They claimed my page was unviewable - their whole staff was blocked from even viewing my page they're such sloppy scammers!

If we could not access a page, the right outcome was a prompt refund rather than a back and forth about who could see what. Sorry it went the other way.
