BuzzTech ExpertReviews of buzztechexpert.com

Representatives were efficient, courteous, informative, and helpful during the rather lengthy process of cleaning up my files, etc., and establishing the firewalls. I was guided the process respectfully and needed redundancy was provided. Followup procedures were also explained thoroughly also. All-in-all my experience was very positive with RG Security and BuzzTech Expert.

its a good one

Wish it were someone who spoke English a little better but he was very professional

great service, compassionate staff, would recommend to any one!

I worked with Tim today on an issue that was very disturbing to me as I received an email in which I was threatened and being extorted for a large sum of money. He wanted me to pay the money in Bitcoins within 24 hours or he would release all my personal data to all my contacts. Tim was very empathetic towards my issue and extremely helpful in reassuring me that it would not occur again. I was very impressed with his professionalism but above all his knowledge and his attention to detail . He asked me throughout if I had questions, all of which he answered in language I could understand. He is an excellent service provider with a lot of kindness and patience. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who experiences a similar problem.

Had no problems with the tech support, everything was a-ok with the results. Would highly recommend.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful.
