This is a scam. I bought game and it kept asking me for verification code and google authenticator no, noboby replies with the code. keeps sending me generic video how to install the game.

The email and password they provided for my purchase never worked. The merchant refused refund for a defective product.

I think the site is scam. I Bought a game almost two weeks ago, and they send i wront email to download the game. I tried to call them several times but no answer... .

I never received my game or the phone number on the website did not work the chat doesn't work I just wasted $37 on a game I didn't receive.

This website is no longer reputable. It looks like Nintendo has caught up to this trend and has removed a lot of games for people to play, at least with my switch. I can no longer play Animal Crossing New Horizons, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Mario Party Superstars. I tried contacting the staff here, but for almost three weeks, no response. Do not risk the loss in money. Pay from Nintendo directly.

I sent 3 emails as this website would not let me login to get my refund after I bought a game and it never came in. I never got the game or a return email.

And I couldn't play on my account. SO I really think you should definitely give me half off of Mario 3D World/ Bouncer's Fury. For all of the Inconvenience of all of this. The one star review below was my exact same experience. I will simply copy and paste the relevant parts of the review for clarification. “Can't access the games I bought (SCAM) I bought two games. They emailed me a username and password to create a separate account and login into a Nintendo account to access the games I bought. I tried to follow all their directions to access the games. The problem is Nintendo sends a verification code to the email I am trying to log in with. Normally, it wouldn't be an issue but I don't have access to their email they provided. When I send them a ticket like it says in their instructions, I get a video on how to do it. But I don't get the verification code I need to log into use the games I bought. I was ripped off and they took my money. I'm going to report it to my credit card to try to get my money back.“ I asked for a refund and they said it was issued. So I will check with my C.C company in a few days. It was all just a very uncomfortable situation and based on my interaction, I wouldn’t recommend it. It is listed as a simple process, and then when it comes time verify the email for the new user you’ve added to your switch in order to download the game, it gets really murky. They are also listed as being in the US, but are clearly in the UK. Not sure if that matters. I will update the review if someone can correct me on what exactly it was I could’ve been doing wrong. I followed all the steps and it got me no where. Perhaps they can work on better communication with their costumers.
