The website appears to be defunct. Nevertheless, it accepted my credit card, which was then declined and my credit card put on hold for security reasons. The phone number on their website direct you to a different boat cover provider.

I used their website to order my boat cover. After entering all of the shipping and payment information I placed my order. An error message popped up confirming that no order was placed and it told me to try again. I re-entered everything and received another pop up error message. At this point I called the 800 number on their site and they confirmed that no orders were placed. I then ordered my cover from the representative over the phone. I have now been charged for 3 covers and I have received 3 covers. I have tried to reach customer service so I can return the 2 extra covers and get my money back, but I keep getting the run around. There is no opportunity to escalate to a manager. The responses I get back from their help desk are almost incoherent. They are saying they will have to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Long story short..... if they mess up your order they are very hard to deal with in resolving the issue. All they have to do is send me 2 return slips and credit the charges back to my credit card. It looks like I am going to have to dispute the charge to get all of my money back. Buyer beware

I recently purchased a boat cover from BuyMarineCovers.com. Quality of cover was excellent but they ship me the wrong cover. Their exchange policy is well document on the web page(30days means 30days), no exceptions! I was beyond the 30days by 3 days so no exchanging allowed. Why would a company not accept an exchange when they ship the wrong product?
