I had great customer service upon placing my order and received a phone call confirmation after my order was placed. After about a week, I reached out to the seller for a tracking number and received no response. Their messaging option on the website was also not working. I thought for sure I was going to have some major problems. However, I did finally receive an update and tracking number from the seller. I placed my order on December 13th and received the order today, Jan 20th. I received everything I ordered and the box does not appear to have been tampered with. I would order from this company again, however, I will only use Paypal for purchases like this, just in case.
