Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

I was promised to be contacted with quotes after filling in information about our needs, and there was NO QUOTE, just telling me to call a phone number and talk to more people. What a total waste of time.

This is a great choice if you enjoy dodging phone calls and drop in visitors.

Because otherwise I would have given 0. I was stupid enough to enter my information into this baloney web-site, and lo and behold, I got bombarded with phone calls on my work line. They would just not stop calling, so I had to block their numbers. Great service if you enjoy spam.

Not a good time to call.

I signed up for this because I thought I would get actual quotes from multiple companies not just a list of company names, contact info and descriptions which I could have gotten from a quick internet search.

After submitting my needs to Buyer Zone I was promptly emailed a supplier and was notified that they would contact me directly, that never happened. I called and emailed the company listed, where I got a voice mail but my call or email was never returned. At this point in time I will be doing another internet search for the equipment I need and I will removing Time Clock Plus from my search. Buyer Zone was however great. They responded very quickly and even followed up their email with a pleasant call explaining how the process should have worked.

I had no idea that requesting a quote would turn into email/phone hassling. I've gotten several emails and calls since filling in the form and submitting and I'm so sorry I ever did it. It was not helpful.
