Was contacted by commercial distributor trying to rent me ice maker Dont need 200 lbs of ice. Or a 4000 machine wanted counter top unit Waste of time using this service Will not use again
Response from BuyerZoneOct 5, 2015
Sorry, Mary - our vendors generally sell and support commercial ice machines. Apologies that this was not what you had in mind.
NOT A HAPPY C.
this is a terrible service. I get enough phone calls on a daily basis I do not give out my number to lead sellers like this company, but do give a real email address. I prefer to deal in email. This company refuses to give my info to their clients so I can nut the hot tub I want. I personally purchase leads in my business and 50% of my closed sales never gave me a phone number, WAKE UP TODAY PEOPLE WORK BY EMAIL AND DONT HAVE THE TIME FOR PHONE CALLS
Response from BuyerZoneOct 5, 2015
Sorry this was not the experience you expected. We share both your phone number and email address so our hot tub vendors can contact you both ways. Since we only connected you with two vendors, I'm sure they'll respect your wanting to communicate via email only. Please contact us at 888-393-5000 if that is not the case and we'll help.

Talon - we definitely don't like hearing this. Please contact us at 888-393-5000 and we will look into this further.

Wanted a quote, not 10 different people calling me trying to sell me something. Misleading web page, thought I was filing out questionnaire it receive an online quote instead, hence why I used the online service.
Response from BuyerZoneOct 5, 2015
Hi Brian -- Hopefully you did indeed receive multiple quotes from the select copiers dealers we connected you with. We're definitely an online service, but many of the actual purchases happen offline after you've made your ultimate decision. Thanks, The BZ Team

Received 50+ phone calls- none of them local to install alarm system in home. Finally quit answering after over half wanted my personal information and one even ran a hard request on my credit without any information given. Now contacting my attorney about this as he tells me this was illegal. There seems to be no way of cancleing this request so everyone beware of doing this unless you want to answer many scam calls and maybe lose your personal information. Much easer to look for people in your local area.
Response from BuyerZoneOct 2, 2015
Hi Don, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with our service and would like to learn more so we can prevent anything similar from happening in the future. Based on the information you provided to us, we asked two companies who service your area to contact you regarding your security needs. I'm concerned and surprised that you received such a large volume of calls and would be happy to help you in getting companies to stop reaching out to you. Also, a Social Security number is required to run a credit check and we do not gather that information on our forms. If a credit check was run by one of the two companies we matched your request with I'd be happy to reach out to the company in question on your behalf to determine how that information was obtained. I can be reached at [email protected]. Please don't hesitate to contact me. Maureen McCarthy

All this did was to have me inundated with telephone calls from representatives from various vendors to set up demonstartions. I could do that myself and frankly was hoping this "service" would be able to get me pricing and feature info that would allow me to narrow down who I would need to spend valuable time with. This is a useless "middleman" service
