I am concerned that I will now be pelted with solicitations and put on someone's call list. If that happens, I will NOT be happy

When I inquired to get some information about a new phone system, I was immediately bombarded with phone calls and emails from multiple companies trying to sell me their systems. I literally had 3 or 4 calls at the same time. While I appreciate the quick response time (really, I do.), I'm the front desk and need to be answering phones for clients. Being inundated with multiple sales people from multiple companies all at once isn't very conducive to getting any clear answers for what I need, or allow me to still do my job answering customer calls coming in.

I was attempting to get a third party review of the copier/printers my organization was interested in purchasing, not more sales calls.

When filling out the online form I knew that I would get contacted by a few companies just not quite as many as I was by phone and email. Although it did help me to find and pick a company to use I had to go through many long telephone calls. I think that the form should be more comprehensive so that you are only contacted by those companies with the actual service you are looking for.

I was interested in hearing from companies offering ecommerce solutions, but you referred web design companies. Not at all what I was interested in.

Filled out one survey and got inundated with calls and emails. Disruptive to my business day. Ultimately found the solution but it was a feeding frenzy.

I got great response so that should be a 5 star! However, all the replies were from something much more involved than I need... so I did not find a solution for my problem from them.

I don't know if I like my experience yet.I am still researching the information received from the companies that contacted me. Three companies have reached me, promptly, thank you, but I have to do research on what they offer and how well they are reviewed by previous customers before I have an opinion. My only negative (so far) is that I would have rather not have had my phone number given to the companies. I am very busy and like to do most of my preliminary work on the internet.
