Bombarded
Felt a little mislead. Filled out the questions and was told I would receive online information. Silly me, expecting that. Instead, I walked into my office at 8:20 AM and there were already vendors on the phone. By 10 AM I'd had 5 calls, some local, some national. Not really what I was looking for. Don't have the time to spend all day on the phone listening to sales pitches. Would prefer to have received emails with information about the vendor and then choose who I want to speak with.

Hi Melissa -- Because a phone system is a very complicated purchase - our vendors generally need to speak with you to confirm some final details and provide a price quote. Paid no attention to my request that no one phone
After less than an hour, I asked them to completely delete my request for information. I asked, both verbally and in email, that no one phone me. Within a few minutes I had several phone calls. They are apparently very good at getting leads to their subscribers, but not very good at listening to their potential buyers.

Nothing happened
I filled out the online form which said I would get names of 5 companies that were going to contact me. I received an email from BuyerZone later the same day. There was only 1 supplier name listed. I have not heard from that supplier yet. Seems to me that this was a waste of my time.

this would have been better if you would just have your prices on your website
I was just looking for prices to see if I could afford to have this done not be pestered by phone calls.

didn't really give value
The businesses recommended by Buyerzone for my search were twice as expensive as my own research. Not sure what the point of this company is.

Not satisfied
Signed up to get an online quote, instead received over 10 calls within an hour and 2 sales reps at my door to sell me a copier. All I wanted was an online quote.
