Good, but lack of variety.
Quick & efficient response time. I only wish there was more than just one company to compare to. Even so, I would use this site again & recomend it to others.

Phone Quest
Thought I was contacting an actual phone installer instead I now get a call or email every half hour from 3rd party phone salesmen.My error.

Okay experience
Overall, the experience was okay. We were shopping for a new coffee vendor. The person I spoke with got the name of my current vendor and assured me they wouldn't have them contact me, but I DID receive a call from the current vendor wanting our service. I explained to that vendor that we currently had them and were looking to switch. We did find a suitable replacement and they quickly got us set up.

Could be better
I did receive three responses to my request for information but that's it. Expected more responses.

You never mention that this is a call back feature, not an on-line search
NO more to say, I really wanted to do visual comparisons before being bombarded by sales people! Dissapointed in your site!

We hear this feedback a lot - and trust us: it's something we would love to offer. But for complex purchases like the hot tub you are looking into, there are lots of factors that go into the price, which is why we try to narrow down the right vendors who contact you directly so you can compare and make the best choice for your home.

Good
Good reviews but the vendors you suggest are located about 2000 miles from where I live so they won't be of any use. I did provide my zip code so don't understand these suggested retailers..
