Clicked a buyersguide.org link in google search results, and it opened the doordash app with a product page. So, y'know, they're misrepresenting themselves and being shady. I wish i could report the google result/ad (which was through yet another company), but there's no way to do that.

buiersguide.org doesn't look like an independent organization but rather working together with or working for amazon.com I was looking for a pressure washer and checked buyersguide.com. Pressure washers that were "the best" were brands I've never heard of and all had a buy link to Amazon.

It appears to me that this, "ORG," is nothing but a conduit for Amazon. All of their, "ratings," include a link to purchase reviewed items... Directly to Amazon. If they are an unaffiliated, independent, non-profit... Why is there a link to just that ONE on-line purveyor?

Thank you for your feedback. BuyersGuide.org is an independent publisher that researches and reviews products across a variety of categories. Like many review websites, we may earn a commission when readers purchase products through certain links on our site, including links to Amazon. Amazon is one of the largest online retailers and carries many of the products we review, which is why you may frequently see Amazon links. However, our goal is to help readers find products that best fit their needs, regardless of brand or manufacturer. We appreciate your perspective and are always working to improve transparency about how our site operates.
