Realicé pedido de dos binoculares. Anoté todos mis datos tanto personales como bancarios para levantar pedido (utilicé American Express). Inmediatamente me llega notificación por correo que el pago no fué aceptado y que puedo hacerlo en un OXXO con efectivo. Llamé a AMEX y el regristro del cargo está efectuado. No tengo respuesta en apoyo, solo un segundo correo invitandome a pagar en efectivo con 30% de descuento. No encuentro la seriedad por ningún lado.

the Knee supports sent to me, (from where?) are just marked "L " for large and I am 50 kgs far too big and no contact with company?

Please do not buy from these criminals I have raised a dispute with my credit card company, and they have contested it. They have said I did not contact them regarding my knee supports, and have not returned the items, how can you when they don't provide the address. I have kept and provided evidence, and so far it looks like I should be getting my refund. CRIMINALS
