Excellent overall experience
Buying experience on the website was fairly easy. Could be somewhat more streamlined when doing several different PN's but didnt have any trouble at all. The customer service however was extremely helpful. I had made a silly mistake of selecting connectors that were NOT shrink boot compatible, when i needed the connectors that are compatible. My order was refunded very quickly and easily and ready to buy the proper components.

Great company
Great company, they offer just about any connecter you would be looking for. High quality, You can tell they will last. I like how you can purchase kits, pigtails, individual pieces of the connectors. If you want it a certain way, they made a way for you to purchase it. More companies should take this page out of the book. There's nothing that ruins the motivation on a project like messing up and realizing you have to buy a whole kit, when you only need a piece or two, so thank you. I'm looking forward to using your products on future projects.
