Joe, thank you for your feedback. Here at BuyDetusch.com we do our best to provide the best experience for our customers. We are sorry to hear that you order was a bit slow. Generally once an item ships it is hard to control the speed at which it arrives to the person who ordered it. As we continue to make improvements we will do our best to try and remedy problems of this nature going forward. We are pleased to hear that you found the website to be easy to use. We are certain that you will be as pleased with the performance and quality of the DT Series Kits that you ordered as you were with your shopping experience. We hope that when it comes time for your next project you will choose to work with us again. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to working with you again soon. Thanks again!
