Great Customer Service
While the book I purchased was advertised as new, when I pointed out to them that the book was NOT in fact new, they worked quickly to help resolve the situation, offering me options to satisfy my needs. Really great customer service. (I found it curious that the company is advertised as being out of California, but my package was shipped from India.)

Looking at this website you would think…
Looking at this website you would think that you are buying from a US book reseller. The phone number does not work. Although I received my book, I also received a demand from Fedex that I pay $16. I had no idea that the book would ship internationally as it said Stockton CA.
