Buxom CosmeticsReviews of buxomcosmetics.com

I bought their product in Dubai when traveling. I got home back in Europe to realise that the lip gloss has a hot pink colour while the labels had lavender cosmo on it as well as the cardboard, double checked online too and everything I have seen looked like a tester so this is a quality, manufacturing issue and now they are refusing to help me since sephora uae does not reply to my multiple messages through DMs, social media comments and emails. They offered they can send me the correct lip gloss to my US address but that was after I said I live in Europe. How convenient. I was so happy for this purchase as I was a customer before and buxom is not available in Europe but I am not going to purchase anything anymore.

The company has good products. However they gave deceptive sales. They’ll have “site wide” sales where certain products are excluded. They’re the only cosmetic company I’ve bought from that does this. I complained through Facebook Messenger and received no reply. Pretty rude. So I avoid their products now. Their loss.
